TTUMC VBS

What a way to start my morning! After I left home. I went to TTUMC to answer the phones and Frankie came in and said she was there to do it.
So I got to walk around to see all the helpers for VBS. Seeing God's work done by others, and the happy faces of all the children there learning about God.
I took about 25-30 pictures as I walked around. I'll be giving them to Miss Erica so if she wants, she can share them in her way.
So my suggestion to you, if you have a few free minutes, stop by and see God's word in action. Have a blessed day.

What a Blessed day!

I was so blessed as I awoke this morning hearing the rain, washing away the dust and grime. I had my coffee and quiet time, then headed to take care of a couple bills, thanking God for being able to pay them.

Then off to TTUMC, for the men's prayer breakfast. What a uplifting way to start my day. We talked about whether we are just reading the word or trying to live it. I fall short at times but do my best to walk the path our Father wants for me.

After the prayer breakfast, I was off to my other meeting and shared my experience, strength, and hope with others and listened to their sharing. Then 2 people came to our apartment and shared for about 2 hours. What a God moment it was, sharing with them.

Then it was back to the Church TTUMC to shift some books to the coffee center to see how it might work out. Hmmm, a book, coffee, or just coffee and sharing the word of God with each other.

So I guess I did try to take a risk today, How about you? Will you stop by the coffee center and take a look? Have a coffee, check out a book, or just share?
